A 5-minute reset to find calm in the middle of a debugging storm.

When you're deep in a debugging session and things aren't working, take a moment to reset with these breathing techniques.

The 4-7-8 Technique

  1. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
  2. Hold your breath for 7 counts
  3. Exhale through your mouth for 8 counts
  4. Repeat 3-4 times

Box Breathing

  1. Inhale for 4 counts
  2. Hold for 4 counts
  3. Exhale for 4 counts
  4. Hold for 4 counts
  5. Repeat

This technique is especially effective during long coding sessions when you need to maintain focus and reduce stress.
